"After a days skiing my husband ran a bath, got in and pressed the button for bubbles. Lumps of black scum poured out - he leapt out. told reception who said someone would come. left water in bath to show them. day 2. Nice cleaner emptied bath, husband ran bath in evening. more lumps of black scum. Took photo and told reception. this happened for 6 days. photo is of scum after 6 days of running bubbles. on checking out told hotel not happy - they said they would investigate and let us know. ...

"We stayed at Hotel Val de Ruda for eight nights to ski and experience the region. The hotel staff was exceptional; friendly, professional, going above and beyond to see that we had a pleasant, relaxing stay. When a larger room opened, Inma offered it to us for the remainder of our stay. Melania and the entire dining staff made sure we tasted the traditional liqueurs and dishes of the Valley. The breakfasts were wonderful and dinners exceptional. A five minute walk to the main Baqueria gondola...

"Gorgeous space. The inside of the hotel has to be beautiful ~ it is on a switchback and there is no outdoor area. Just in front of the hotel are a bunch of recycling bins which are ugly. The staff and service was excellent. Breakfast amazing. The room was too hot; the bed was pretty hard. Thankfully had good pillows. Overall I liked my stay. I wish I could have slept better. "
