Lady at front desk was so friendly and helpful. Elevator/ lift is very small, so could be a problem if there were lots of people waiting. Nice lighting in room. Windows had a metal pull-down shade as well as curtains— nice blackout for those that like that."

The room was clean, well kept and bathroom recently refurbished. The personnel was very nice and promptly helped us with all of our queries.
