"Something better needs to be thought of on how to get people in and out of the hotel and the parking in the front ..than have people park in the middle of the street and the safety of them and their children getting run over trying to get into the hotel"

"The location is perfect for exploring the city. There is so much to see and do and you are right in the middle of all of it! A nice added feature is the awesome restaurant downstairs that has some local flavor and some traditional menu items as well. I would highly recommend this hotel in downtown New Orleans especially if you're a first time or newer visitor to the area. "

"Great location! Walking fistance to Bourbon Street, Decatur Street and other landmarks. The hotel it self was beautiful and on the Mississippi River. We did not have any meals or drinks inside the hotel as we were in New Orleans for the food and local experience but we did recieve a $30 meal voucher. Would recommend!"

"The Sheraton was a great option for a two day visit to NOLA. Unlike previous reviews we found staff friendly and helpful, the room impeccably clean and up to date and well maintained. Valet parking, though not cheap, was very good and we received our car within 5-10 minutes. Great location for French Quarter and streetcar routes to Garden District. All very good!"

"Absolutely loved this hotel !!! Valet was full had to do self parking which ended up being cheaper . Other then that loved our room very clean , the hot water was HOT! Will be back ! "

"It was a good stay. Beds were only doubles so a little small for 2 people. The room was clean. The only thing that I didnt like was they wouldnt park my car through valet because it had a wheelchair ramp on the back. "
