"Lovely stay, clean, close to everything."

"Some issues with the toilet not flushing well but otherwise was a great place. The rooftop pool had an amazing view to just relax in the evening even if not getting into the pool. The location was convenient to just walk to French quarter, river walk and convention center. I would stay there again if I come back to New Orleans "

"It was a good experience & enjoyed the location & being able to walk to good places to eat. We felt very safe & would recommend this hotel."

"We had a great stay. The bed was super! Their on site restaurant had excellent food and great service. Our only disappointment was that we showed up after check-in time and they were still cleaning our villa and we were left with about an eighth of a roll of toilet paper and had to ask for more of the following day."

"So the pictures make this property look amazing. I will say it was fine for 2 nights. The location is a 10/10. Very easy to walk everywhere. The unit was very clean, 10/10. The unit was clearly from the 90’s and the furniture was very worn. But the unit was HUGE! It’s clear it been used a lot. The beds were very comfy as well. "The location on Canal is not as walkable as we’d hoped. Right beside Tulane hospital. Our unit was devoid of street noise thankfully. Keypad repair was appreciated. Comfortable and functional. Clean. Tub drain plug was not working properly but not worth asking for a fix as our stay was short. Nice having the kitchen as we had groceries and ate in frequently. If you want late checkout it must be requested more than a day ahead. We had planned to extend but the option times out in the app."

"Property was very very clean! Nice and spacious. Gorgeous balcony views! Great location. We were able to walk easily to the Saenger and to Bourbon St. I only have 1 major complaint: IT WAS SO LOUD. Yes, I realize it was Canal St. on a Saturday night. Sirens, excessive honking, people yelling and loud music kept us most of the night even with a noise machine. "This was the wors motel that I have ever stayed in. The bag covers under the sheets were covered in urine stains, and what it looked like, blood. Maintenance is horrible Groundkeeping is horrible, overall filthy location.Needs a major update i walked in the lobby and was able to see the computer. I saw every guest name and room number. I brought it to the owner's wife attention. She said something about it's because if they close down the system, they have to reboot the whole thing or something...
