Beautiful small boutique hotel in great area near shops and restaurants and in walking distance of the French Quarter and the WWII Museum. The room had a sitting area and sleeping area. The best part is this hotel is filled with unique and interesting decor that makes it a truly memorable experience.

My boyfriend and I stayed for the weekend. I used to live in New Orleans and loved the feel of the Inn, it's location, and that we were able to walk to a park, restaurants, shopping and the streetcar. Street parking was free and plentiful, and check-in was easy, even after hours! The staff was friendly and responsive. The room was so cute, and the breakfast delicious! I can't say enough! I travel to New Orleans several times a year and we will definitely be back!

Our toilet did not flush properly We had 1 think blanket each Very bad quality bedding Mattress was the worst I’ve slept on in years Breakfast was limited to pastry, meat and eggs & granola No milk alternatives No gf options I’m a vegan and only had pineapples to eat Had to eat out which was not the point of staying at a b&b Was super noisy Black mole on the roof above our bed We paid over 500usd per night and it was more of a 120$ place Very disappointed The chambermaid was kind and friendly But the manager Brian was terrible

Deceptive business practices- we paid for a bed and breakfast experience and were NOT informed that there would not be any breakfast at all during our stay. The website and booking through Expedia both stated that breakfast would be available, that was a lie. There were beverages offered but that was a slap in the face. The Orange juice was so rancid and disgusting I thought there was poor alcohol or something rotting in it. Update your website and immediately inform your paying customers of your policy changes. Highly disappointed and will most likely not be coming back to this location.

Perfect location
This inn was in a perfect location just far enough away that it was quiet at night but close enough to experience all the city has to offer. The room was filled with antiques and comfortable, although there were a few issues with stairs/plumbing etc as one would expect in a historic property. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again.
