"This is an amazing hotel, we loved staying here. The location is ideal, only 1 block away from the subway, 5th avenue and surrounded with amazing food options. We had drinks and dinner at the hotel and the experience was great too. The staff is great and always ready to help. Would definitely stay here again. My only comment is that the surfaces of the room were a bit dusty. "

"Ace Hotel was a great place to stay, right by a subway that connected us to Manhattan and other areas of Brooklyn. Staff on the front desk were friendly (apart from the cafe staff in the morning when all you wanted was a coffee) but would recommend going to the bagel place next door. Fantastic rooms with great views and were made up to have a bath following long days of walking around the city. "

Bad service

"Facility fee even though there is no fridge available in the room so we cant store any food. Millenium next door the Premier staff is much better and helpful. (Hector!) They refunded out of courtesy. That means Millenium Broadway admitted that they are lack of courtesy and did nothing about it. Just stay at Hyatt or anywhere else nearby for similar price. This hotel is just good for location. Bit old."
