The front desk was so helpful when we arrived in the early morning. Our booking was cancelled by Expedia and luckily they honoured the original amount and even gave us vouchers for breakfast. The place was very accessible to all tourist spots within downtown NY.

Taking my clothes off and house keeping walks in on me. 9am the next day and I get woken up by house keeping again interrupting my sleep. Not the best experience. Old rooms, the USB ports complete broken and do not work. Everything needs updated terribly.

the lack of more than a couple of working elevators was VERY DISAPPOINTING. We often waited 10 minutes to go up from lobby. And - go down we were relegated to going up to be sure we could get space on an elevator going down. That is CRAZY!!

A few things weren’t as expected. The property did not offer room service as advertised. I did chose this property knowing room service was an option due to an injury that required I use a wheelchair during the stay. The usb ports in every lamp were unusable which was not ideal with 2 teens and myself. The front desk staff was less than friendly on check in which was pretty surpising. Over all it worked for what we needed but might not be my first choice on our next visit to NYC.
