"I came to this property not knowing I would be sharing space with others. It should’ve stated that on the website, so people are aware. When staying in an AirBnB I’m looking to have my own privacy. This place literally is a room, a small room at that. When we pulled up we seen crack heads across the street. I had already paid for the room but after my husband viewed the room he wasn’t happy with it, so while the owners were there I asked if I could get a refund they told me they don’t do refunds...

"The area is not the host fault. The absolutely, horrible, thoughtless neighbor who blarred, loud, disgusting rap music for 9hrs, is definitely the problem. Other than that mo problem "

"The guest house is in an unsafe area. You can barely find parking, there are cockroaches on the staircase and just the whole house is not clean. When you close the bathroom door from the inside you are unable to open. Even our room was not clean too. The people from other rooms where making a lot of noise."

"We hadden hier geboekt voor 2 nachten, na aankomst op JFK airport. Het adres klopte niet, niemand in de buurt had van dit hotel gehoord en toen we probeerden te bellen nam er niemand op. Toen we uiteindelijk na een uur iemand spraken werd ons gezegd dat er geen boeking was(ik had de bevestiging bij me) en werd de telefoon opgehangen. 22.00 in de avond met een gezin met baby, en geen overnachting na een lange vliegreis en autorit, en voor het eerst in de VS.. Echt vreselijk dit allemaal!"
