"Excellent customer service and very lovely hotel. Totally enjoyed my stay. It was very relaxing and I highly recommend. Got upgraded to a vista room and had a lovely view of Princes street. Even though I extended my stay to a smaller room, I was still allowed to stay in the same upgraded room for the rest of my stay and given a discount! Complimentary minibar in the room with drinks and snacks topped up everyday. Thanks for a very lovely stay. Highly recommend"

"The drive up to the hotel was stunning , We loved the old style of the hotel absolutely beautiful. Our room 169 was very spacious and welcoming. Food was top notch what we had although more choice chicken,pasta ect.Breakfast was brilliant plenty to choose from. Staff very welcoming and always on hand to help.Looking forward to returning . "

"We always stay here the night before our flight just for convenience. I think this is my/our fourth time in the past couple of years. Along with the convenient location, the hotel has a great atmosphere, a great bar with a lot of selections, a solid menu with very non-typical hotel food (in a very good way), and is a short walk to EDI. One could easily spend multiple nights here and be very comfortable and happy. And if you face the airport, you can watch the rabbits come out of the grassy, wee hill in the evenings."

"This is our fourth one-week stay at Apex City of Edinburgh and it won't be our last. The staff were able to quickly and easily handle a minor issue we had and our stay was great, as usual. We'll be back, for sure."
