When I returned to my room later that day, the charging case was gone. I checked with the front desk, but they had not seen it. "The staff at the hotel was great. They went out of their way to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The marketing department needs some help however. Their listing says that each room has wifi, AC, a refrigerator, coffee pot, among other things. Our "executive" rooms had none of the the things I listed. So I would warn any future users of the site to actually check with any hotel that you are interested in BEFORE you make the booking to verify that the information is accurate. "
