We went end June/early July and it was lovely weather, but my wife & I both caught a sickness virus that lasted 24-48 hours & we were told that allegedly there was a sickness virus going around the island. "Small room and bathroom ground level, no balcony but a courtyard to sit in outside the door. We knew the rooms were small and dated before we went so this was not an issue for us. Tea, coffee and fridge in room plus air con you can pay for. We had room only so can’t comment on food ect. Very conveniently placed for the sea and town. No complains would definitely go back for thw money."
