"Property is modern, clean, and quiet. The staff is friendly and helpful. This is a great hotel if you’re here for work/business. But not a place I would book again if I was looking for a relaxing weekend away. There’s only one restaurant which is only open for a breakfast buffet and dinner. No room service available. In walking distance to the Moscone Center. "

"My stay at the San Francisco Marriott Union Square was pleasant. The hotel's prime location near Union Square was perfect for exploring shops and restaurants. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with great city views. The staff was outstanding—friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The only minor downside was that some areas felt slightly dated. A strike was going on, and this detracted from the experience, but I don't fault the property for this. I recommend this hotel; it is great for business...
