"Very last minute booking. Recently my mother passed away and I was feeling very down, so my husband booked a surprise trip for me, so we could go to my favourite place in Cornwall. Wonderful greeting when we arrived in the pouring rain, lovely staff (Mandy) and when we needed something a little later on, again, a fantastic reception(Jo),so helpful. In the morning we explained to one of the staff (Mel) that I’d lost mum, as she could see I was upset. How wonderful she was with me, so, so...

"Absolutely amazing. A fantastic location, wonderful atmosphere. A last minute booking and we hit the jackpot! A little gold nugget, hidden in Cornwall. Staff were 10/10. Nothing was too much. Really can’t think of anymore words to describe just what gem this place is. ……actually one last thing, full English breakfast (included in price) was excusite!! 👍"
