"セルフチェックインのホテルは初めてで、以前の口コミでチェックインの仕方がわかりづらいと記載があったので心配していましたが、特に問題なかったです。タブレットの問い合わせボタンを押せばオペレーターとすぐにテレビ電話が繋がり、迅速に対応してもらえるので非常に助かりました。事前にメールで問合せをした際も返信が早く、親切な対応で良かったです。お風呂の排水溝の流れがかなり悪かった点と、ベッドと壁の隙間にお菓子の袋のゴミが落ちていた点は改善を望みますが、それ以外は満足です。"

It sits in a neighborhood surrounded by local businesses which I suggest people support and truly worthy. You will receive really genuine treatment and courtesy. We booked 1202 - roof top with balcony and clear view of the city. Its spacious just like many noted in their reviews compared to other places. Theres a foyer upon entering...

"I had never seen a hotel with all 10/10 reviews before, so we stayed there to see for ourselves. It's no lie, the place was wonderful. The staff really make it special - they are lovely, friendly, helpful, engaging. We stayed there for a long stretch, and it was our favorite hotel in Japan by far. We were a family of four and opted to book two rooms. We were very comfortable, enjoyed the breakfasts and free drinks in the afternoon. We were able to do laundry in our rooms, too. "This apartment-style hotel was great. Check-in was virtual, and needed every party member present, but was fast and easy. The area around the hotel was quiet but was a short walk from nearby shopping and tourist areas. The room was clean, had a balcony, and all the appliances worked."

"Good for its price. The property was clean. The bed sheets and towels were clean. However, the surrounding area was dirty. There were cigarette butts everywhere and some animal crap on pedestrian walk. Felt unsafe after seeing people arguing loudly. And one person wanted to get run over. A lot of bicyclists as well. We were very careful walking. I was disappointed the property didn’t message me back after inquiring about luggage delivery. "
