"A great hotel with an excellent breakfast, it's the perfect place to stay if you want to explore the mountains/nature in the area. The bar and restaurant below are great as well especially in winter. The room was very clean, quiet and well stocked. Great staff too, would definitely book this hotel again next time we visit the area. "

"The service was excellent a young man called Simon was very attentive,as where all the staff.The hotel was lovely and warm even though it was very cold outside.Food was nice but do think the menu needs a change for evenings .Maybe a veg lasagna as I'm a vegetarian."

"Enjoyed a few days at the Belmont Hotel in Llandudno. We had a lovely comfortable room with a fantastic view of Llandudno Bay. Breakfast was excellent and all the staff very polite and helpful. Would certainly recommend this hotel and definitely return when we're in North Wales again."

"Really enjoyable short break at the somerset hotel. The room was lovely and clean the staff were excellent also you couldnt have asked for a better location. There was also entertainment at night which a lot of hotels dont offer. The only negative was the noisy seagulls but they cant be blamed for that would definitely stay again."

"Lovley old original property, our room had a nice view of the castle. Dinner was superb but we couldn’t reccomend the breakfast , The buffet ran out completely ( orange juice toast etc ) and wasn’t replenished for over half an hour in spite of us asking . We waited over an hour for our cooked breakfast to arrive . When it did arrive there was one rasher of bacon, one sausage, half a mushroom and one fried egg.
