Caretaker on site, friendly but very little English. Building from outside looks like a house, right behind Bank of Guam. Close to Galleria, places to eat, but actual street is backside of gambling place, drunks, etc. outside"

"Very friendly and accommodating staff. There was some mildew on the wall in our first room and then we got moved and the room was much bigger and nicer. The beds were comfy. The TV was in Chinese and did not work."

"This is a gorgeous home in a beautiful location. Lots of privacy with amazing views of Garapan and the ocean. Eva is an excellent host who helped with all of our needs and even cooked delicious homemade breakfast every morning! Can't say enough good things, highly recommend!!"
