"Nice place"

"The hotel/casino was adequate. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. 1 out of 2 elevators was out of service and on both floor the light fixtures were missing. One floor had excessive amount of duct tape covering it and on the other floor the wires were hanging out with wing nuts on them. Very tacky"

"Very nice, spacious room, great view, awesome pool. The bed was really hard for us otherwise we would give it 5 stars. The pillows were very good. Receptionists were very nice. Being a VIP property we got upgraded to a higher floor with a beautiful view."

"This place is newly renovated and was pretty clean and well kept. There were a few minor issues that kept this review from being a 5 star, but in no way were a big deal to me. Overall, very happy with the Aiden and will likely book here again on my next trip to Reno. "

"Great property. Breakfast good, except the scrambled eggs were GROSS. After waiting over 20 minutes at the front desk for an employee, ANY EMPLOYEE to make an appearance in the lobby when we first got there, I called the corporate office for assistance in rousing someone to show up. About 10 minutes later, someone emerged from a closed door behind the lobby. By then the lobby was full of guests with questions. How does a hotel just leave the place completely unmonitored for so long? If security...
