"This hotel was AMAZING and the nightly rate was worth it. From the moment I checked in I was pleased with the customer service, the room and the complimentary breakfast! "Good stay and room was just as good as it was when I stayed there 2 years ago. Only complaint was that the hot water in the shower was non existent. For a stay in the winter guests need hot showers. I did let the front desk know when I checked out. "

"Our room blinds somehow were unplugged. Receptionist lady came and had to get a stepladder. She managed to plug the blind unit in ao we could open and close the blinds with ease. During this episode she was very pleasant and smiling. She had a great attitude and personality. Kudos to her."
