The condo was clean and had what we needed! We were on the 2nd floor over looking a lake. Glad we didn't have a unit that faced the parking lot!

The room was average. Nice to have a kitchen area. During the week it was pretty quiet. Over the weekend it got loud and pretty rowdy down by the larger pool. We did enjoy the amenities. Pools are kept up okay - just busy so did get dirty looking at times. played mini golf and was fun. The water park could use updating and is very cold so we did not get to use or enjoy that area. The shuttle was nice to have to the parks. Easy to use and set up. Location is great with being walkable to publix.

The property looks nice and is well kept.The apts are well equipped, clean and comfortable. There are 6 heated pools, bbq grills, kids playgrounds, and plenty of activities. Unfortunately the check in staff was very unprofessional and lacks of good customer service skills on top of that our assigned room was also assigned to another family which was able to open our door at 11:28pm when we were ready to go to sleep and our keys deactivated automatically fortunately we had the latched on and the door only opened half way, they were shocked to open our door and find out their assigned room was already occupied and apologized to us. They were noticeably tired as well and carrying asleep kids and a baby. I called customer desk and told them about what happed and they had the audacity to tell me to go there myself to fix the issue. I was very tired ready to go to sleep and have some health issues. I kindly requested for them to fix what they caused and to activate my keys or send me new ones, one 1h later I was still waiting for someone to come I called again and they finally sent a security which asked what happened and I kindly explained the whole situation. He apologized for what just happened but was instructed to tell us to go to the front desk which I wasn’t able to do at that moment. He offered himself to activate the keys and come back. In the morning housekeeping knocks at the door at 9am by the time I got to the door the lady already opened our door. Smh

The room we stayed in was on a lake with a very nice view, it had a nice patio as well. Everything was clean and any request I made was completed quickly.

Was here about a month ago and had a terrific experience. This time, our room was dirty, the jacuzzi tub was dirty and initially would not come on, our dryer wouldn’t work until we fixed the rubber pieces on the inside. I requested to change rooms, but they were “fully committed” with no offer to come and fix or clean the issues. We needed to call and request trash bags and bedding for the pull out bed several times. We attempted to use the grill and thought that they were all broken, but another patron kindly told us that we needed to call and request that someone light the propane. There were NO SIGNS indicating this. It took over an hour and 4 calls for someone to come. Meanwhile we have raw meat out in the sun waiting. We finally got it lit and food cooked when it started to rain and we had to rush all our food to our room- most was ruined. I requested a call to speak with a supervisor and no one called. Also, unless you were at the pools by 9am- there were no chairs. They could have easily added more chairs to each pool deck, but that did not happen. Entertainment was also pretty lame. The mixology class was just whomever got to sit at the bar watching a man make two drinks. He did not cater to all others who took the class. The entertainment by the Kahuna was boring. The lady was so unexcited about being there. We took the painting class, and you basically paid for a canvas and left to just paint something with no direction. We booked for a whole week. Disappointing!

Everyones very friendly! Lots to do! I brought kids from 6yo -17yo and they all had a blast! Good good, close to publix making shopping super convient for us!

We had a great time at the resort. The rooms are great size have washer and dryers and a full kitchen with all utensils. Refrigerator has an ice maker inside the freezer, just make sure it’s turned on. Pools are great I loved the one with the little beach area the best. The bartender was great there!! They do approach you when you first get there about a timeshare tour. But didn’t bother us again after. We rented a jeep and they had so much parking which was nice. We drove to the pools bc the property is large. But you can walk too.

What a gem of a place! We’re so glad we found it! The staff is incredibly kind & helpful, the rooms were very clean, and amenities fantastic. The kids loved the mini golf and pools! Will definitely stay again when we’re back in the area!

The water in the sink spigots never seemed to get cold - it always came out very warm. Other than that, the property is excellent!

Loved we were able to open our Condo patio doors and let the fresh air in, right next to the pool and barbeque pit. We were able to call the front desk and there was always someone available. Washed all out things before we returned home, so nothing to do but unpack.

Great place and large. Only downfall was the Buccaneer Village for kids… the water was ice cold. Not heated like all the other pools. We did however have a great time!
