The only reason I booked this pace was for the jacuzzi inside the room. First night the plug was broken and didn't hold the water. I reported to front desk and housekeeping lady, I come back Sunday and night from the parks and jacuzzi still not fixed. Monday morning was my check out date. So, I booked something I couldn't use. The room has very very strong odor of dirty carpet, bleach and old furniture, left the room open for 3 hors with candles so the smell can be a little better to sleep at night. overall, not a good experience for the price I paid. I'm wondering what the resort is going to do before I post this all-over social media and websites.

We enjoyed our stay and the only issue we had was the neighbor beside of us kept forgetting a key and would ring a doorbell that was supposed to go to their property but would in fact ring both rooms and disturb us as well.

Beautiful property- however the air conditioning did not work in the room, the jacuzzi tub did not work in the room, and my friends phone did not work. Everything else was lovely though and you have incredible staff- everyone was super friendly and helpful

Experience at check in was terrible, supervisor couldn't find my 2nd room, almost made me pay twice. Manager had to get involved. Room was dirty, couch was filthy, floors were sticky, and entire room was super dusty. Neighbors were super loud past 10pm, had to call security multiple times. Will never stay here again. Overall, terrible experience.

Forced into attending a "conference " wasted 3hrs to hear about a scam timesharing. Manager Jose with time sharing had an attitude and was rude when we didn't want to sign, room needed upgrade and maintenance was in and out fixing things frying to fix things.
