"Truly beautiful Italian farmhouse/villa. This is a stunning property in all aspects. Meticulously kept grounds, pool clean with lovely lounge chairs. Room was beautiful and well appointed. View to Orvieto is breathtaking. Food was delicious, Staff were all 5 star. This property is up hill and other side from orvieto, and required a cab ride daily, which was not cheap, and there are only 4 cabs in Orvieto, however, they did come fast when called. One might consider a car rental next time, which is conveniently located outside train station."

"We loved our stay here. The location was perfect, right on historic downtown Viterbo, walking distance to many restaurants, cafes, bars, and shopping. The rooms are brand new, comfy, with all the amenities. We loved our Nespresso coffee machine in the room. We would definitely stay here again as Viterbo is a great base for exploring many other cities and towns. "

"Absolutely lovely- peaceful, quiet, good location for exploring the area. Large room- bedroom and living room. Restaurant right outside the door. Only downside is that you cannot control the a/c in your room. "

"We added a 3rd day to our stay. The location just a bit east of Sutri is ideal for visiting Etruscan sites, though Google Maps complicated our arrival, suggesting we needed to drive kilometers past the hotel and then approach from the east. We stayed for the great service but encourage anyone who wants to discover a beautiful, less visited part of Italy to enjoy this area and all it offers making this comfortable property your base. And do yourself another favor by eating dinner at the hotel at least one night."
