"Very nice hotel and in great location with easy access to a central rail station (Shin Osaka). Breakfast buffet is also quite good, but not worth the advertised 2200 yen /pp. If you can get it as part of your package at a discount, then worth adding to your stay."

"Great, centrally-located hotel in Osaka! Not too many frills and very few dining options in the hotel for lunch and dinner; however, it was still a lovely stay. The rooms were typical in size for Japan. All the amenities in the room were sufficient and available. The breakfast had a broad but unchanging selection. (By the time day 5 rolled around, I was tired of it). Food was high quality and the staff were great. Definitely nicer than many other hotels in the area where colleagues were staying. A 7-11 next door satisfied all of our snack cravings!"

"Close to Osaka station where shopping and restaurants around. A lawson and a drug store just downstairs. Clean and looks newly renovated. The room is spacious with an extra bed for my little one. Thanks for the staff for a free upgrade. The onsen is not clean enough though. The elevators sometime a long wait."
