"This was our 3rd stay at Aqua Pedra dos Bicos, it has made some changes this time in the general decor. We found that the bedrooms sadly lack storage, only one drawer plus the bedside tables not conducive to the overall “look” we felt. Reception area was bland plus the staff were hidden behind a very high desk. "We stayed for over a month, and we doubt with a gentleman by the name of Rui, at the front desk. He was so incredibly helpful, friendly, insightful, and gave us some phenomenal suggestions. No request was too small or too big. His Customer service really made our trip memorable. He gave us ideas for places to go, restaurants, bakeries, local things to do, and if we had any issues at all, they were dealt with, in an expedient fashion! "Staff here went above and beyond to accommodate me. I arrived early and they let me check in early so I could take a nap after a long day of travel. The free breakfast was delicious and it was a 10 minute walk to the beach. Would definitely come back!"
