"Me and my husband went to Madrid for a weekend from the US and decided to stay at this hotel. The staff was absolutely amazing. The room was clean, beds are comfortable and most importantly I felt safe. There’s a sports bar with rooftop and we stayed in the 6th floor and heard no noises in our room. The hotel is located in the center of La Gran Via which is very convenient. There’s stores, restaurants everywhere around this area. I would recommend this hotel 10/10! "

"The street to access the hotel is very busy but the inside of hotel was exceptionally quiet. Liked the extra of free coffee/tea, fresh fruit & croissants for breakfast.
