This is an amazing property in Panama. The staff is friendly and very helpful. The rooms are spacious and the beds are quite comfy. The hotel is centrally located by a grocery store, coffee shops, and lots of really good restaurants.

Customer service by the staff was great. Friendly and helpful. Oliver, who works in the lobby was wonderful. Great location. Common areas of the hotel were well maintained and clean. However, cleanliness of the room left much to be desired. Carpets were stained and the room was not properly cleaned. Expected more from a Waldorf.

We enjoyed our stay at the Waldorf Astoria. The hotel was kept clean by housekeeping every day of our stay. I wanted to mention a couple issues, we requested to change rooms because the assigned room’s A/C was broken and couldn’t be adjusted or turned off. In the new room the bathroom door was stuck and would not close. However, none of these issues will have an impact on our future stay. The staff was extraordinary. Special thanks to Zurith at reception and Lily at concierge, you made our stay memorable. We will certainly be back!
