"The property was located in a great location within a town center. It was more tailored to people who bought rooms for vacations rather than overnight stays as in a hotel. I'm not sure why it was advertised as a hotel. We had asked for a handicapped room, but upon arrival it was not ready. My fault, as check-in wasn't until 4 PM, but after a three hour ride we weren't going to wait another two hours so took another room. This is not a hotel, but it is a very nice vacation destination."

"We had a wonderful stay at the Soleado hotel! The room was spacious and clean. It was also really great to have the kitchen space. The location was perfect - everything needed was within walking distance (beach, restaurants, coffee shops, etc.). The pool area was smaller but perfect for what we needed. I can’t wait to plan my next visit at the Soleado hotel! "

"Property has been slightly updated. I was very impressed by the location! Ocean front property at a reasonable price. The room had a kitchen for those who like to cook on vacation! Living and dining area was very nice. Bedroom were spacious only negative was the it didn’t have a mattress just the box spring and memory foam padding . "Bright clean well equipped unit. We were on the third floor but doable for senior citizens. Husband was appointed we couldn’t get CNN and/or MSNBC on Samsung TV, it’s ok we were on vacation. Wouldn’t hesitate to rent from Kasa next time we visit the area."

"It was beautiful and relaxing and the staff were all super polite, kind and helpful. Especially Marie at the front desk, the guys at the beach the ladies at the Salty Siren, the valets, waitstaff at breakfast even the workers at Starbucks were so great! You must treat your staff right because they genuinely seem like they like their job! "

"Staff was great. Room was clean and spacious. Expensive due to the events that weekend, but definitely would stay again. Pool area and other facilities were closed due to remodeling, but this time around we didn't have much time to use them anyways. Overall - Great stay!"
