"The bathroom was disappointing - dirty & not well maintained. The room had no mini bar - a bit of an inconvenience. The wifi was very poor. "The hotel is located in a very central area, close to the Bandung train station and center of the city. Amenities are well provided and the room is very well attended. We enjoyed staying here. The only minor issue is that the room does not have good soundproofing. We could hear the dawn prayer calls at 4 am from the mosque nearby and the sound of water running from the room next door."

"This hotel is a really good choice for families with kids like ourselves. The hotel has many facilities for children such as: petting zoo, kids spa, indoor and outdoor playground, kids swimming pool, kids cooking class, etc. The hotel staff is also very friendly and helpful "
