"The hotel is new and very well kept. I have only two suggestions, they need more lounges at the pool and a shaded area would be great. The other is the DJ they have by the pool, it was way too loud, the walls in my room were vibrating. We get enough of that on Bangla Road, I don't think it is needed pool side. The pool is huge and very clean. The front desk staff are fabulous, very professional and friendly. I have stayed at two other hotels in Phuket, this hotel is by far superior."
