"The breakfast, though not included was made a reasonable option for us, which was lovely, and I loved the staff! They were so helpful, professional and fun to be around. The room was clean and bed was very comfortable. The shower had changing lights (in addition to regular light bulbs), which was relaxing Anna water pressure was spot on!! The patio/balcony was great size and enjoyable (though it was 40 degrees outside)."

"The hotel does not have a bar or shuttle service to the airport (which Expedia lists). Coffee/Tea making should be available in the room.
Cannot fault location for Verona and transport links."
