"Lovely hotel maybe getting to the stage where the rooms and bars restaurants require refurbishment. We had a great time with the exception of the pool bar area. It was quite busy with only 2 staff on there taking food and drinks orders. At the happy hour there was a choice of 2 cocktails but 1 wasn’t available so why advertise it but my main gripe was the stroppy barman. He snapped all the time even when asked something politely. Just wasn’t necessary as I said it was busy and they were worked...

"This would be perfect if the rooms were sound proof like they advertise but they are not there is no sound proofing and u can hear people in the rooms next to you loud and clear "

"We stayed here as the hotel is close to the airport and we had a very early departure. We were going to the AFL at Optus Stadium the afternoon before and the free bus service to the ground left and returned just outside the hotel. Very convenient and seamless transport. The pool was much appreciated on a 33 degree day and restaurant waitress was very helpful in delivering our pizza dinner poolside. The bed was incredibly comfortable and hard to get out of at 3am to take the excellent shuttle...
