"I really appreciated the ease of checking in and out. The people were wonderful. Lucero took care of our food and drink and was so friendly, inviting, and actually made our ‘roof’ visit very enjoyable. The young man at the desk remembered us from earlier visit and he made sure we were expeditiously checked in with our discount for a drink. The treats in the room were delicious. The bed was super comfy and I really appreciated the hot shower. Definitely the best hotel that we stayed in in Perú. Thanks!!"

"Probably one of the best options for those staying in Cusco. They will arrange transfer to the train depot to Machu Picchu. Great option and wonderful breakfast buffet spread. The entire staff was super warm to our family and made our stays (we stayed before and after our journey to Machu Picchu) pleasant. Thank you!"

"The hotel was very clean and all the staff were friendly and helpful. Check in and checkout were quick and easy, the rooms were spacious. About 3 minute walk from Kennedy park and lots of food options nearby with shopping for necessities close as well. Walls were a bit thin and could easily hear neighbors and hallways but that only happened a few times during the stay. Breakfast options were plentiful and most were delicious, although I partook too much of the detox vegetable drink and ended up with an upset stomach. "
