"We stayed 4 nights in an ocean suite as a special way of ending a 2 1/2 week trip in Thailand. The place was as amazing as I had imagined it to be. The ocean view from our room was spectacular, room spacious and comfortable, large balcony, quiet, staff very friendly, service of a high standard, great breakfast choices, and we also enjoyed the bonus happy hour and a head massage each. "Absolutely beautiful, the customer service was impeccable. The room was very comfortable with direct access to the pool and very close to the beach. Breakfast was great with a good selection. I will definitely stay here again. One thing I’d like to advise is the hot water for shower could be a little warmer. But truely I stay in many hotels around the world and La Flora has quickly jumped to the highest ranks on my list."

"Front desk clerk needs training Forgot to give me my passport back, needed to ask for it, ( not good ) gave me the wrong room # key for the safe - really ? Found this out after having to go to the desk and ask for the key Up and down from the room just for something that should be automatic at check-in Room key worked variably as well. Overall not a good impression, glad I only booked 1 night "
