We had a small wait for check in as you can either let them know what time you are arriving or call them at the apartment and they will come to check you in. "We travelled as 3 girls and were a bit worried to stay in Naples city centre / centro storico. We therefore chose to stay here as it felt more safe and I'm really glad we did as the surrounding area felt really safe even at night. It was a great location to hop on a ferry to Capri, or hop on the metro. Staff were lovely and even the basic rooms are decent. Only thing i would improve is to have a few more hot options at breakfast."
