The room was great. I needed on extra bed for my people and asked for a roll-away. For a small fee, they brought me the bed and the next day, came and got the bed. No questions. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. Well done. Thanks.

The resort was lovely and so were the staff. When I received the broken down list of our hotel bill, it was evident Expedia charged me $80 more than the hotels walk in prices. Expedia then told me it was the resorts fault for the confusion and that I already agreed to Expedias extra $80 in fees. So I was denied any refund of difference. I will never be using Expedia again.

There was mildew and spider webs all over the balcony and chairs. There was rust and mold in the mini fridge. There was mold in the tub and areas were cracked. It was poorly lit in the room and there was multiple pieces of hair in multiple places. The pool was dirty in the bottom and had mildew or mold in many areas under the lip of the pool. The concrete was also cracking away from the edge of the pool. The pool towel was barely big enough for my 5 year old. The slide in the pool had black stuff hanging from the pipes.

Loved the wonderful lobby and the staff was excellent! Had lots of fun in the pool, and really enjoyed all the features of my full service room.... Did not like the party going on next door and the loud music and talking. It kept us up until after 1 am! Street noise from the loud 4x4 trucks was also an issue

They waited much to long before doing any upgrades. The beds were not good and the room very musky otherwise good price for the area and it has a lot of potential. Staff was fine no issues.

The metal bed frames are noisy for sure. The staff was GREAT trying to find us a room where they weren't as bad tho. Close to everything, pool was great (could stand to be heated), rooms were clean,.and excellent staff. Would stay here again simply.because of them. Well done!

Was a very nice hotel and was clean, staff was nice and the pool and game room was a nice addition on. With a room you get complimentary breakfast at the wood fire buffet .

Property was under construction; which wasn't a big deal. Shower curtain was the only issue I had as it didn't seem to be the right size for the curtain rod. Parking lot could used repaired. Staff was very friendly and greated you with a smile. Definitely would stay here again if I were to make another visit to the area.

We enjoyed our stay. There was some construction going on that caused a problem with parking. Once it is completed it will be well worth it. The bed was the most comfortable bed I have ever found in a hotel. I loved they provided breakfast every morning at a restaurant with a huge buffet. You won't find a a hotel this good for the price. The staff was very nice. We will definitely be back!!!!
