"The staff were very friendly at all times of our stay. i am so glad we stayed at Coco key. Very family oriented, i felt safe leaving my kids at the pool and park as the life Guards were providing phenomenal service despite the heat and weather. I will definately visit coco key again. Thank you. "

"Great location! Room was big, beds super comfortable and room was serviced every day, which is a lovely treat! We developed a leak in our room due to tropical storm rain and we were moved to a new room, right next door, within minutes. No noise from outside can be heard in the rooms and the air con is powerful. The hotel feels a little tired, but that won't detract from your stay. Breakfast buffet has a great selection and fresh food is being brought out continuously. The surrounding area has numerous great bars and restaurants within a few minutes walk and there's always taxis on hand at the front door if you need a lift. The free shuttle bus to Universal is an added bonus and the shop is great for snacks & drinks. We've stayed in other Rosen properties before and this one has topped the list so far. We will be back again."
