"The property was well maintained and clean. We were in town for a ballet competition so we were gone all day everyday until late and didn’t realize they weren’t going to service our room the second morning I had to run and buy coffee. I decided not to use parking at the hotel but if I had to do it again I would because there was no place to load and unload baggage on the street. "

"The rooms are a little dated and not much sunlight. When another room flushes the toilet you’ll hear it like it’s inside your own room. Something to do with the old pipes, I guess. But overall nice stay and clean hotel. "

"In Pittsburgh downtown, right next to the river. The only tricky part is about the parking. You need to arrive on Grant -> Fort Pitt Blvd instead of following GPS which is very confusing. I did valet parking and they are very fast: 5 minutes waiting tops. Everything is within walking distance. They say Pittsburgh has very good public transportation system. Next time I am going to try. Also, the drive to Niagara Falls is doable for an one-day trip if weather is good. "

"Everything is great, meals are a nice plus. Big negative on valet parking which is the only option the hotel offers. We arrived, waited nearly an hour not one car in line budged. One kid working it and he seemed lost, i think he was hiding until we called the front desk. We bagged it and parked around the block. Got checked in and nobody outside in the valet line had budged. The upside was parked was half the rate around the block. I understand the predicament the hotel has with no on site...

"I understand the property is undergoing renovations. I have no issue with that. Just some feedback on the new room decor not sure who designed this but not a fan of the new design."

"The hotel is nice and in a very convenient location to walk to several places. I had a 4:00 check in but was told to come back in an hour. It happens, but no apology and I had to ask for a parking pass. Then, our keys didn’t work…went back downstairs to be told we were given the wrong room number. Again, it happens, but giggles instead of “sorry for the inconvenience of lugging your stuff to the wrong floor.” Nothing that would keep me from staying again, but staff needs some customer service...
