"Fantastic place to stay in Marseille. Staff are all incredibly nice and helpful. Location is amazing - right in the heart of the old port with a sensational view. Very nice clean rooms: comfy, firm beds; good shower. Excellent breakfast. Very accommodating (we were travelling by bicycle and they went out of their way to store our boxes and help us get organized to fly home.) "

"Close to everything you could need, friendly family run hotel, staff we’re a delight and very helpful xx rooms a little small due to the building but perfect for a short break, beds were extremely comfortable and the water was always hot xx can’t wait to return xx"

"The hotel is located in a,slightly industrial area, however do not let this put you off as there are bars and restaurants around and in the hotel which are really good. The room service was excellent for the duration of my stay and John's service in the hotel bar was 10/10. He was really knowledgeable and friendly and his drinks were really good. All in all if i was returning to the south of France in would definitely use this hotel again. "

"The lobby is beautiful and accessible to use. The room was small but nicely decorated. The breakfast is a great value. The shower water drain was stopped up after one shower. The staff excellent, but we did not like the 5.80 euros compensation energetique added to our bill. We didn't notice it until we got home."
