We tried a bunch of the activities and they were highly entertaining. The hotel's restaurant is excellent, too. The property was clean and beautiful, and was located in a quiet but serene area with nice views of Java's mountains. A great launching point to enjoy Menjangan."

I am stayed in most basic tent option first and later the tent with a view and a private pool. Both were equally amazing. Although they are tents they have all mod cons and are beautifully decorated. "The Kelapa Retreat and Spa is a glorious oasis far from the bustling areas of Bali. It is truly gorgeous and it seems that all the rooms are amazing and unique. The views are amazing, the infinity pools very relaxing, the beach is gorgeous and it feels like it is private. The waves and current can be string but its super fun for boogey boarding. The food is outstanding and the bar makes an incredible array of drinks for all tastes. They have daily free activities and a beautiful spa. The resort also offers transportation and a selection of tours. I'd recommend waiting until you get to the resort to choose your day trips. We had a truly phenomenal time enjoying the beauty and tranquility of the place while also appreciating the culture and hospitality of Bali."

"Excellent accommodation just off the main road of Pemuteran. Very short walk to beach and lots of options for eating, shopping near by. Accommodation was spotless, rooms surround pool and gardens which are very pretty. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We went on a snorkeling trip with their dive company and it was absolutely fantastic. Would definitely stay here again."

"Pros: -excellent and polite staff that made me feel at home -clean pool -fast check in -large, clean room in front of the pool -easy Airplay from MacBook to Sony tv -very delicious food at the restaurant -clean white towels -well manicured grounds -beachfront -lots of water provided daily - didn't have to ask for extra water -drinks in the fridge free - replenished daily Cons: -glass doors rattle when winds are strong -should have someone at the pool to stop outsiders from using the pool "

I am stayed in most basic tent option first and later the tent with a view and a private pool. Both were equally amazing. Although they are tents they have all mod cons and are beautifully decorated. Grounds really well cared for. Really appreciated that there are drinking water dispensers scattered throughout the property. Staff very nice. View stunning. Setting stunning. One downside - terrible food. Both Indonesian and western cooked food was often inedible. I would still go back. The place is so above average in every other way that I didn’t mind that the food was not good. I highly recommend the place but foodies should be prepared for disappointment "
