"Good view of beach, but not really a patio. Easy access getting in. No problem getting around on public transport. Faced the beach which is what we wanted. Very basic kitchen, but enough to get by for a couple days breakfasts."

"One block from Valencia train station but nestled in the residential corner. Room is spacious and lately built. We check in on Sunday afternoon so only one staff was there. She was busy talking on the phone and handling my check-in simultaneously. Don’t feel warm welcome but this is what you got a lot theses days so no complains. Hotel parking garage is super tight and if you are unlucky to meet two way traffic. You require a good skill to yield your car around to let other cars out of garage....

"Happy to find this place near the train station. The location was perfect for me as the area is near hip pubs/restaurants and also not far from the old town. There is a metro station in front of the hotel. The service was excellent, they offered suggestions on what to do, they have bikes for rent and one can get the busy tickets from them. My suite had all the things I needed, a fridge, a microwave, water heater, Nespresso machine and a bread toaster. There was a hot plate but I didn't use it....

"Nos hospedamos por la zona porque hacíamos el maratón de Valencia y queda a buena distancia caminando a la salida. El apartamento con buenas amenidades, en buenas condiciones y limpio. La calle frente al edificio es una avenida principal y podía ser un poco ruidosa en las noches, pero nada muy grave. Buena comunicación con la administración y fácil check in. "

"Very good location, view from the corner appartment (4c) is excellent. Nice restaurant with breakfast(12 euro)/dinner options on a ground floor. Supermarket is just 5 min walk on a same street. Police station across the road makes all safe and out of noisy musik etc. Dirty walls,windows, curtains, sofa needs also a wash. "

"The apartment itself was great, very neat and clean and modern which we liked. The area is great as well. We stayed for 2 weeks and have to say we expected higher level of service. There was no cleaning half way through which was suprising and we had issues with toaster that did not work and missing a duvet and that took 3 days to sort out with contact daily. Lastly, they wrote us 48hour before arrival which was great to sort out deposit and taxi pick up at airport but they did not bother...

I also had to ask them a few times to clean because they didn’t take out the trash or refill the soap and shampoo for almost two weeks. They never once washed the bed sheets in the three weeks I was there. It was overall okay but hands-off/low-maintenance effort from the owners. If you just want a place to stay, it’s passable. "This was spectacular! The location into the city was close enough with a car rental. We were easily able to locate this resort from the airport. We are a family of 5 and the Bungalow was perfect! Devesa had so many wonderful things to offer our family, especially our young children (9, 7, 3 yrs old). What an AMAZING time. We will definitely be coming here again!!!"

"Popped in to Valencia to explore at the weekend. My son is interested in attending Berklee and its in a great location. A 5 min walk from hotel Barcelo which had great spacious rooms. The breakfast was quite something and the staff are super friendly. The only knock was my water was barely warm in my shower. The rooftop deck provides a good view and a draught beer was 5 euro. Fun stay in a super clean hotel."

"I would highly recommend Exe. We stayed on a half-board basis, and the food in both, breakfast and dinner, were outstanding. "Popped in to Valencia to explore at the weekend. My son is interested in attending Berklee and its in a great location. A 5 min walk from hotel Barcelo which had great spacious rooms. The breakfast was quite something and the staff are super friendly. The only knock was my water was barely warm in my shower. The rooftop deck provides a good view and a draught beer was 5 euro. Great location and amazing staff

"We had an amazing experience at this hotel. The hotel staff are so friendly and welcoming especially Carlos who helped us with our needs. He recommended the best paella restaurant in Valencia for my birthday lunch and we definitely enjoyed that meal. The location is also in the very center of the city so everything is pretty close by and lots of restaurants nearby. The breakfast was pretty good even though it was the same selection everyday there’s a few choices to choose from so it’s was good. We had the standard room and it was pretty good size. We definitely enjoyed our stay in the Venecia Hotel. "
