What needs pointing out is the restaurant times for dinner, as we booked for 7pm, and when I rang to say we could be later, due to work commitments, I was told they stopped taking food orders at 7.45. Some updating needed at this hotel, in the rooms, But we would definitely stay again. 😊"

"The staff were wonderful. The room was a good size and was welcoming. It was a continental breakfast, which suited us, as we were able to get what we wanted and take it to the room to eat. The dinner was delicious and there was plenty of it. Because the hotel is not staffed overnight, they asked if we wanted fresh milk and organised a little bottle for us. They also gave me a large bottle of water, as I had not had time to buy one."

What could improve is dining and weird connection to next door pub, i was happy to have eaten dinner in hotel restaurant, but on a warm evening you have to sit inside (no access to terrace), for outside sitting you have to go to the pub (which is connected to the hotel) and queue (very slow) to order ... surely this would be better if you sorted this out. "

"A flaff to gett in, code given to main door but no indo on room or room code. Had ro ring service. At the time there was room in the car park ( it is advertised as free car park, but its a first come basis.) Carpet on stairwell needed a clean. Flat was spotless and amemities ok but coffee pods were only 4 for two nights Overall it was ok but expensive. "
