There were some fantastic moments that made our stay special, but a few disappointments kept it from being perfect. "Exceeded our expectations. Nice property with tons of amenities and activities for kids. Allows parents to do their own activities. Beach is safe and accessible from hotel also an even larger and more sandy beach is about a 10 minute walk. Great food selections, friendly staff and even cool shows on the main stage every evening. "It’s our 2nd time visiting this hotel and it didn’t disappoint, although was a bit busier with it being UK half term holidays. We returned due to his amazing this hotel is for families, all the staff are amazing with kids and there is so much to do - not just for kids but family activities and adult classes and fun entertainment sessions too. The beach is beautiful and not too busy if you move along a bit, and there is a nice nature park to take a walk in. Alcudia old town is worth a visit so...

"The hotel staff are wonderful, so friendly and can do attitude. My room was very small. I chose the "half board" meal option and the food options were buffet style and all were delicious, if a bit bland - bring your own spices."
