The main reception area was very nice and at first the property looked good, even though it looked like a converted strip mall. As we were walking to our room there were multiple window screens that looked as if someone had broken into the rooms, there was trash, syringe caps and unregistered cars. The entrance doors to the building were left unlocked and upoon entering the building the smell of an overpowering air freshener flooded the hallway, as if trying to hide the smell of something else. We will never stay there again and would not recommend it either. I would try to explain the room but I don't have enough time to today.

The king size beds were the best mattresses we have ever slept on. We had two rooms and both beds were equally lovely. The clerk at the front desk gave us perfect recommendations for dinner and we enjoyed it very much. The only negative was a very strong perfume scent in the hallways and front desk area. Fortunately we couldn’t smell it in the room or breakfast area. It was very overwhelming! We will probably be booking again in our way back through Freeport on our way home!

The lobby smelled like chemicals. The first room they gave me hadn't been cleaned. The bed was unmade and the TV was on despite the fact that the hotel was just about empty. The facility is tired - ripped draperies, banged up doors and walls. The sidewalk was slippery and the parking lot was poorly plowed. I am allergic to feathers pillows and when I asked for a hypoallergenic pillow the manager very rudely told me that was all they had. One bright note was the friendly gentleman at the front desk. When I went to check out there was no one to be found so after waiting for several minutes II just left.

Overall an okay stay but wouldn’t stay again. The place seemed to be cleaned very well which is a huge plus. When we booked online it showed a photo of a bathtub which we didn’t get. Upon arrival on a cold snowy day the heat was not on and the temperature in the room was around 40 degrees. We stayed 5 nights and only took one shower due to the hot water not getting above room temperature which is cold for a shower. Breakfast was okay.

This property is a scam and people thinking about making a reservation here BEWARE. English is not the hotel staff’s 1st language which causes a lot of issues when problems arise. Staff member was ASLEEP in the corner when I arrived with my family at 11:30pm to check in on a Friday night. This hotel is a scam and should be avoided at all costs.

There were someone’s personal items on the floor of the bathroom, the counter tops were sticky and had food residue, the refrigerator was filthy, there was hair and crumbs in the bedside table, layer of dust on every surface that wasn’t covered with sticky food residue, - and on the second night there was no hot water for the shower.

Not great, would not recommend. I booked rooms for several weeks for my out of state crew, as we were performing work in the area. Most nights the water was freezing cold. For some reason the manager had to “reset” the hot water boiler almost daily, after which it would take 1-2 hours for the water to be atleast warm. Some nights the rooms did not have heat. Some days we requested the room to be cleaned during the day, which did not always happen. Overall a nice hotel, in a convenient location. But due to before mentioned issues, would not recommend. I ended up booking rooms at a nearby hotel for the remainder of the trip.

Small but clean rooms. Was loud at night, sounded like a furnace or something. Checkout was 11:00 and someone came by at 10:15 to see when we were leaving. That was annoying.

The gentleman at checkout was very friendly and helpful on Dec 18/24. Rooms are clean and have all the amenities (coffee maker, fridge, microwave). Beds are very comfy as well.

Good choice
Arriving at noon and was told there is a $25 early check in charge was excessive and unnecessary as there were very few guests but it still a good option at a fair price being a 3-5 minute drive from town. There is an overpowering incense odor as you enter the lobby area but not in the room. The room was comfortable and breakfast was adequate. Coffee and tea was 24/7 .
