"The room was comfortable and the bathroom nice. The hallway was a bit noisy in the morning as the cleaning staff went about their business - not really able to sleep in. breakfast was really good. Front desk staff nice. Staff in the spa was not helpful or friendly - in my opinion, a phone call should not take priority over three couples standing in line. But generally, a very good place to stay."

"Was a great location with a shuttle bus into town .The staff were very friendly,the breakfast was the best selection of goods I have ever seen .Catering for all nationalities. "We had a wonderful stay at Hi Hotel in Trento, Italy, which was highly recommended by a friend who lives in Trento. The newly renovated rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable. Second room ...a hummer noise with the heater after the first night and the hotel DID NO HAVE any maintenance support available and it was a Friday.
