The employee who greeted me at the parking lot was very friendly, however the other one who gave me the car was quite rude, he didn't even say hello to me, he left the car door open for me to get in and he didn't even say hello to me,

Near to old town and bus stop in front of the hotel. Room is outdated, sofa is dirty, no bin for rubbish. Bathroom is small, wash basin was miniture. Shower screen door needs replacement, Water splash out after shower, soaked up the entire floor.

Firstly, we loved the location which was the perfect place upon which to discover beautiful Prague. Secondly, our room was perfectly clean and contained everything we required with the added benefit of a balcony which we used a lot during our stay. Overall, we would recommend to anyone requiring affordable accommodation in a great location.

Helpful, friendly staff. We left our daughter's teddy when we checked out, and the staff were very helpful with putting them in a taxi to the airport for us. The location is fantastic. Overall excellent value.
