"Booked this for my wife’s birthday. MOST of the staff were amazing especially night manager Stephan however there were two staff members who had extreme attitude issues and honestly shocking for me as I expected better for a hotel with this level of reputation. Those two staff members were rude, obnoxious and almost purposeful unhelpful. Having said that the rest of the experience was beautiful. Our booking was on 26/10. "

"This was an alternative stay that I booked after them first stay turned out to be a disaster. I stayed in a recently finished, modern annex. Nothing negative to mention about this stay apart from the fact that I would’ve liked access to the building to be more flexible for non-residents. You cannot buzz anyone in; you have to personally walk down and open the door for them. I do, however, understand that this is done in the interest of safety for all hotel residents."

"We had the most amazing time at the Gantry. I was celebrating my 70th birthday with my best friend and we had a lovely twin room on the 17 th floor. It was very quiet and luxurious with robes towels and toiletries. The staff were lovely and I was treated with a surprise call to the room by Khalib singing happy birthday , cake , chocolates and balloons!
