"This hotel is pristine! Wonderful front staff. Christina offered great suggestions and was very helpful with parking. The neighborhood is perfect with shops and restaurants and so much was an easy walk from the property. The room was huge with a living area and king bed and kitchen with a dishwasher. Double sinks in the bath plus separate tub and shower. There is a rooftop terrace with a seasonal pool. We didn’t want to leave!"

"A gem of a place. Very very clean, spacious, plenty of windows throughout the place. It was very easy to communicate with staff and they would respond right away. The parking they recommended as they had a special rate ended up also having an electric charger for the car so that was very helpful in my particular situation. Would absolutely recommend this place. Easy check in (they contact you through WhatsApp and send you the code through there). "

"Everything was perfect :easy check-in and check-out, clean property with comfortable bed, storage option after check out, washing machine in the room and more... Only thing that can be problem is the shower cabin was leaking some water to the bathroom. We have informed the property and I am sure that they will fix it. "Our Bibo Suites apartment was amazing! Right across the street from the Cathedral. So close you could almost reach out and touch it. We had a beautiful, spacious apartment on the top floor with lots of windows and a nice view of the Cathedral and the nearby mountains. The apartment and bathroom were very clean. Our only regret was that we only had it for one night."

"We booked this stay for ONE REASON, it said they had a washer and dryer. We knew we would be doing a lot of activities and we would need to wash our laundry. However, we find out that they have a dryer that is not for our use, we had to climb two flights stairs to hang our clothes on the clothesline. And we only find out when we washed our clothes at 10pm thinking we would be able to wear them that night. Anyways, the property is very nice and spacious. Perfect if you have a rental car."

"Absolutely loved this hotel. The self check in is confusing at first but you sort it out in the end. Super clean and you get access to other facilities at the Gran Hotel. However the communication was a bit confusing as we didn’t realise what we had access to on the last day there. Staff were so helpful when we left luggage with them. The bathroom is the best! "

Wonderful location, friendly staff

"Can't say much about your place other than I highly recommend it. Location can't be beat, staff were very friendly and helpful, room was spacious for Europe, very modern touches and the beds were comfortable. Parking in the car elevator was a wild experience but worked well and price was in line with other hotels. We were on the 3rd floor and had a little sound in the morning from the street but nothing that woke us up or was bothersome. Highly recommend."
