Beautiful property. Large rooms and well stocked daily. Clean facilities and abundance of food/drink options. Butler (Leonardo Martinez) was amazing and catered perfectly to our every need without being overbearing; he is a true asset to Majestic. Wish the pools were open later into the evening, maybe until 10 and wish there were hot tubs with hot water for evening use as the kids really enjoy that. Beach and water were clean and beautiful. Staff goes out of their way to speak to you in passing and is very friendly, even the landscapers. Very good experience and would go again!

My husband and I just returned from our 2nd trip to Majestic Mirage. We enjoyed our first trip so much that we knew before leaving, we’d return. This time we brought along family members to make us a party of 6. The grounds are beautiful. The rooms and décor are welcoming! We recommend an interior swim-up. The food is phenomenal for an all-inclusive!! You will not go hungry. The beach in Feb/March is so beautiful and crystal blue! It’s just the mix we’re looking for when it comes to fun, activities, and relaxation. And the staff!! They are truly a major reason why we will always return to Majestic Mirage!! Georgina, with entertainment, made sure we never had a dull moment by the pool! She and the entertainment team put on one hell of a foam party! Daysi & Omar at building 7, Swim-up bar had the best dirty monkey and music for a great atmosphere. Tell Omar the color of the shot you want; I guarantee it will taste delicious! “Kawasaki” at the Hibachi was very interactive and entertaining, and the food was great. Ana Maria at the Marketplace buffet and Japanese restaurant hugs & greeting! Jeison & Darlyn were our guys at breakfast! So sweet, funny, and ready with our coffee and mimosas at the Marketplace! Benardo makes the best omelet… find him to make yours! Darlyn even remembered us when we went to dinner at the Italian! He was simply amazing and is a GEM! PABLO!! The best butler, will help to make your stay perfect! Can’t wait for our next Mirage trip!!

We loved this property and highly recommend. Rosario, our butler for the room, was absolutely fantastic and made our stay perfect. The beach looked exactly like the pictures and wasn’t too crowded. The main buffet was average food but Kabuki, the Seaside restaurant, and the Steakhouse were excellent food options.

This hotel checks all the boxes for us. Very clean, modern rooms, beach and pools were great. Food was good. Tried all restaurants and each one was great. Butler Fernando was very helpful and attentive. Will definitely go back.

AMAZING RESORT! We definitely will be back. So many options for food, entertainment, beverages and so much more. We did a few excursions off the property but we were able to book woth our resprt. Luis pur butler was amazing, he checked in daily to see what we needed akd what he could dp.for us. I HIGHLY recommend this resort

Food was ok, not 5 star material. Drinks also ok. Staff - well, money was stolen from my room because the safe was broken and no one could come to fix it in time. Staff in some restaurants can forget about you, not even taking your order for 30 min, and than taking forever to bring it. Are around the property is boondocks, don’t go out. And why would you, everything you need is in the resort. It’s clean, for the most part. If you know where to look for dirt you’ll find it.

The staff was outstanding and professional ,friendly and catered to all are needs, the food was excellent,room was spectacular and mini bar was always full,the pool was excellent clean and lots room never crowded and easy to get lounge chair,ocean view was excellent and clean with lots of chairs.l would to send special thank you to are butler Montero who went beyond to make are honeymoon stay at the mirage memorable l would also like thank Juan are bartender at the pool bar for the great service and you make an excellent cease lol also I would to thank bartender Charlie for the introduction to coco local loved them only negative thing I have is the airport coming and going . I would highly recommend Majestic Mirage for a vacation I will definitely be going back.

Overall great experience. The adults only pools and sections are great. Only downfall was our room wasn’t very clean and they do lawn maintenance all day long which is very loud when you’re trying to relax by the pool. Otherwise staff was so fun and kind and very helpful. Restaurant options were a huge plus as well.

Property was overall on a nice strip of land with a great beachfront but overall, the staff and service have big issues. Staff is not helpful (or capable) with fixing issues as they are not organized to triage service issues appropriately and things like hot water pressure being an issue every night during peak use times speaks to an overall disorganized and mismanaged property..

Beautiful resort, very well kept. Extremely easy and fast check-in. Good food and drinks, lots of variations. The beach was extraordinary! Very nice staff especially our Butler Fabio who went above and beyond to make our stay wonderful and memorable. Only down side for me was a few people smoking in areas near outdoor dining.
