Me gustó mucho el hotel y disfruté la estadía con toda mi familia. Tienen muchas facilidades y comodidas para familias con niños, así como adultos que desean disfrutar de manera tranquila. Siento que un punto de mejora es que el hotel no está muy moderno ni actualizado, la neverita de mi cuarto nunca funcionó, las sillas y mesas del restaurante italiano tenían chicles, y uno se pegó a mi vestido nuevo. Asimismo, aunque pedí ayuda al staff no me ayudaron siquiera con la limpieza de mi vestido. Algo que también reporté es que en mi baño faltaba el manubrio de la puerta del sanitario, por lo que era sumamente incomodo cerrarlo. Dentro de lo positivo, todos los bartenders y staff en general brindaban un servicio excepcional. La comida fue bastante buena, con suficiente variedad como para adaptarse al gusto de cualquiera. La piscina fue excelente, amé que hubieran tantas máquinas de hielo cercana y mi restaurante favorito fue el steakhouse. Creo que mi mayor observación es que me tocó una habitación sumamente lejana, y no había suficientes conexiones para salir de la piscina al cuarto al buffet. Los puntos de entrada y salida son limitados y hay que dar una vuelta demasiado larga. Por último, deseo mencionar que la cama era sumamente cómoda, por lo que pude tener el descanso que tanto buscaba.

This was our 11th trip to Majestic and as usual most everything was perfect. The staff, grounds, beaches all excellent. The best part of our stay is Junior our butler. He’s the best and never leaves a stone unturned. He’s the reason we keep coming back to Majestic. In fact we’ve already booked a return trip in May. However the Sea food restaurant that used to be our favorite has really declined. The selection of food is poor and not very good. Overcooked or just not very tasty. We went several times thinking it was a bad day but not the case. We wouldn’t let this hamper our thoughts of Majestic as there’s other restaurants to choose. The Italian are the French are outstanding. The Japanese would be good if they didn’t serve the same thing all the time. The spa is outstanding. The staff from management down to the house keepers are excellent. These are the reasons we keep coming back to Majestic. The buildings are starting to show some wear and tear and could use some sprucing up. The night time shows are great however at the end of the show there’s a gentleman that comes on stage to introduce the talent. He has a microphone and screams everything he says. Why scream if you have a microphone. It actually hurts our ears and I’m hard of hearing. This is with our plugging our ears it still hurts. Overall the resort is a 10 to us. Go visit Majestic you won’t be disappointed.

Really enjoyed our stay. The bed felt moist all of the time and they didn’t even have fitted sheets on the beds. There was what appeared to be mold on the phone cord and wooden tray that is placed on the bathtub. The room service menu could have had more options. We had an issue where it took about an hour and a half to get 2 caesar salads brought to our room. The property itself is beautiful and the staff is super friendly and helpful. We would recommend this resort and would stay again in the future.

Resort Review Our stay at this resort was a mixed experience. On the positive side, the resort itself is well-maintained, and some of the staff were truly excellent. Our butler, in particular, went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable, which we appreciated. However, there were a few negatives that impacted our overall impression. A handful of staff members came across as rude, and some interactions felt unprofessional, especially when certain staff were flirtatious with my wife right in front of me. This was off-putting and not what we expected for a resort of this caliber. The food was okay, nothing particularly outstanding. Considering the price point, we felt that the experience didn’t quite match up to the cost. For what we paid, you can likely find a more affordable option with similar — or perhaps better — service and amenities. While the resort itself has its merits, these issues left us with the feeling that we probably won’t be returning.

Ive been going to all inclusive resorts for 28 years. This had the cleanest common areas, biggest room, best staff, most expensive furnishings and just over all excellent. The food was average but nobody went hungry. There is only one issue that will keep me away and that is the layout of the pools and to much shade on the property after lunch.

The property is beautiful. The staff are wonderful and helpful. Our rooms were very nice, especially with the upgrade to a suite since our door lock was defective. Our room was always clean. The walkways are very slippery when wet and we had to wait for long periods of time for seating at restaurants and getting beverages. Our room was cold even with the temperature at its highest.
