"The location of the store is terrific and there are nice little touches throughout. We particularly enjoyed the thermal area, restaurant and bar lounge near the reception. The ladder is a great people watching spot. The service was uniformly, super friendly and always helpful. If you are not familiar with Oxford, as we were not, please note that a lot of of the roads around the hotel Are pedestrian only, and Waze did not fully appreciate that. The porter came to our rescue and helped us navigate things. "

"We had a wonderful time celebrating our anniversary here. The receptionist who checked us in was very friendly, and we arrived on the afternoon of the 19th. I did encounter a minor issue in my room, but the staff promptly took care of it. This was one of the best hospitality experiences I’ve ever had in the UK. "Location was perfect for myself and the wife. We checked in and parked the car outside the hotel I would recommend paying for the valet parking. A couple of minutes walk and we were in the buzz of the city. Lovely Room, Staff were all fantastic and a Good breakfast 5 stars from us and we will be going back "

"Everything about the hotel was good. Only 2 feedback- swimming pool size is not as big as it looks on photo. We had dinner in the restaurant. The main waitress was excellent. There was another guy from bar area who was helping her out. He was rude. He should not be working there if he does not like the job. All the staffs could not do any more for us. But this guy is ruining hard work of rest of the team. "
