Fortunately there was a private catering event happening and the asst manager tracked down the key. We were in Ruins and the lodge is at the end of the property. V quiet with rabbits having a lovely timealla round. "This is a beautiful property! We adored the room and the view! We had great service the first day and then unfortunately it went down from there. It could be because there were events there the other days of our stay, so they were spread thin since they are a small staff. Definitely unfortunate but the estate is beautiful regardless. "

Our room was large with a nice sitting area and a patio. Great location to use as a base to explore everything Queenstown and the surrounding area has to offer. "
