"Reception check in and che out was fast and easy, the rooms were cozy and clean, beds comfortable, air conditioned, there is hot water option in the bathrooms, breakfast is abundant and is served with delicious fresh fruits and natural juices. The property owner/managers Keyla and Gabriel are accessible and readily available at all times with helpful local tips and have friendly and honest staff. Internet connection is strong and above average. I will stay here on my next trip to La Habana. "

Fantastic hotel

"Spotlessly clean. Extremely friendly and helpful staff, who gave information about the city. Manager of the hotel messaged after the booking and helped to organise a taxi from the airport. Also located near to the Plaza de la Revolución and the Necrópolis Cristóbal Colón. The breakfast was very nice every morning and the small plunge pool was nice to cool down in. Would definitely recommend this place to other visitors. "

"Excellent 3 nights at this hotel. Room was huge and airy with its own balcony, food was excellent and the public spaces both indoors and outdoors were tranquil and comfortable. The hotel is a short (15-20 mins) taxi ride from the old town and the staff were welcoming, friendly and super helpful. "

My only real criticism was that the area immediately around the hotel was not great — definitely not super clean and noisy at times. We didn't feel like it was a high-crime area or that we were in danger, but it was on the sketchy side. The hotel is a fairly short walk from Plaza Vieja, and there are a large number of restaurants within walking distance, ranging from so-so to very good."
